The informal meeting of EU economic and financial affairs ministers will take place on 27-28 April in the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, Bulgaria. The meeting will be chaired by Vladislav Goranov, Finance Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Among the topics at the first day of the meeting will be convergence inside the EU and reducing fragmentation in the capital markets union. The second day will focus on taxation, with discussions on revenue collection and tax fraud, and on a renewed approach towards corporate taxation. The meeting will be preceded by a Eurogroup meeting.

Only accredited members of the press will have access to the National Palace of Culture.
